Feeder System for Macrovibe
Because many of our Macrovibe products can be handled in bulk as well as by hand, Imacro offers an mechanical feeder system to assist installation or application of our products. Several feeders are operating in the United States and Canada for installing Macrovibe behind the hot face brick lining steelmaking ladles.
Feeder systems are custom designed for each
customer's plant layout and needs.

The system allows product to be handled in 2000 to 3500 lb super sacks instead of smaller bags. An auger takes the product to a gravity-feed hose which delivers product directly to point of installation, increasing
efficiency and reducing the strain of lifting and manipulating bags.
